Hi! I’m Jessica, your heart-centered guide to deep healing around struggles with food, body, life, and managing chronic illness.

I’ve been in your shoes. At war with my body for decades, scared and stressed about every morsel of food going into my mouth, overwhelmed with managing chronic illness, fearful of stepping outside my safety net, and missing out on all of the beauty and joy that life has to offer.

As one of my clients, we will work together to move you from where you are now to where you truly want to be. You will finally be able to make peace with food and your body, discover how manage your health in a way that feels natural and intuitive, and regain energy that you never thought you had. Stress, worry, and overwhelm will be left behind as you move into a new chapter of your life.

What I Specialize In

  • Unwanted Behaviors Around Food (disordered eating, emotional eating, binge eating, etc.)

  • Intuitive Eating (figuring out what foods work for YOUR body and how to feed yourself in a nourishing, loving way with no rules, no fear, and no shame)

  • Body Image Struggles (confidence, body shame/hate, etc.)

  • Chronic Illness Management and Mindset (feeling stuck, feeling like a victim, overwhelmed with options, not having support from loved ones, etc.)

  • Intuitive Movement (exercise is important, but only when it is done in a way that brings joy to our body…I’m against using exercise as a form of punishment)

Most people think that their struggles around food and body stem from not having enough willpower, restraint, or self-discipline. Nothing could be further from the truth. I’m here to tell you that what you are going through is most definitely not due to a lack of willpower, restraint, or self-discipline.

As your coach, my approach is positive and empowering:

My goal is to help you move from where you are now to where you truly want to be in the easiest way possible. That’s not to say that the actual work will be easy, but if you are ready and committed to making a change and moving into the life you truly want, then you 100% can do it (I promise, it will be fun too!)! I offer a wide range of options for my clients, from small group programs to intimate 1-on-1 coaching. My goal is to find the best fit for your specific needs and budget.
